Lead Consultant In Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with strong expertise in Sales modules, customizations, integrations, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing complex Dynamics 365 solutions, guiding technical teams, and collaborating directly with clients to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. The role involves leading design discussions, performing technical analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to coding best practices and enterprise development standards. Mandatory Skills (Top 3) Dynamics 365 CRM – Sales module expertise with configuration, customization, and integration experience. Technical hands-on expertise in plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics Portals. Ability to work directly with clients, lead design discussions, and guide technical teams. Key Responsibilities Technical Design & Implementation Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on Sales modules. Design, develop, and implement customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, adhering to industry standards and coding best practices. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Serve as the technical lead for Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring solution scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Provide guidance and mentoring to the technical team on coding standards, solution design, and troubleshooting. Development & Coding Engage in complex coding, debugging, testing, and solution validation. Apply problem diagnosis and technical analysis to ensure solutions meet technical requirements. Ensure compliance with Customer’s Development Management Methodology (DMM) and industry best practices. Client Interaction Conduct design discussions and technical workshops with clients. Address technical questions, clarifications, and solution alternatives directly with stakeholders. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility. Agile & Delivery Practices Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and support iterative development. Manage multiple technical tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively. Provide input on technical risks, dependencies, and integration considerations. Required Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Extensive knowledge of Sales modules, workflows, plugins, portals, .NET, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience in solution design, customizations, and integrations. Strong understanding of coding best practices, debugging, testing, and performance optimization. Experience in leading technical teams and guiding project delivery. Good to Have Experience working in Agile – Scrum environments. Exposure to CRM solution architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
